I really enjoyed Trail Boss, great food and great service. Our waiter was very attentive and had great recommendations. We ordered the pork chops two ways, salmon, the ribeye, and we each had a side salad. We started off with the meat pies, which were great and the rolls are also a great addition. I would recommend this place if you're in town.
Just a really great old school steakhouse. Excellent steaks at a reasonable prices, big salads with generous portions of dressing in two cups, solid sides. Family come as you are atmosphere. Service was outstanding. I love taking a chance when I'm on the road and discover hidden gems like this.

My family and I don't usually go to Natchitoches and all the restaurants near the river were closed, so we decided to check out Trail Boss. We ended up being super grateful that the other restaurants were closed because Trail Boss absolutely blew us away! Food...PHENOMENAL, Service.......AMAZING, Atmosphere.....COZY! This is definitely the best restaurant in Natchitoches and will definitely be coming back! Also, the complimentary rolls literally melt in your mouth, best ever!

Visiting Natchitoches LA from New Orleans and was so happy we stopped here. Excellent customer service! Our waitress was amazing (friendly and attentive). The food was delicious and it comes out super fast!!! We had steaks & they were perfect. Delicious food, great service! We'll be back if we come this way again.
First of all service was excellent. Food was delicious. I just wish they had the peanuts back. Lol.
